Requirements
Um Teil der ROSEN Familie zu werden, überzeugst Du durch eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Außerdem bringst Du mit:
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Service-, Produkt- und/oder Projekt Management von IT Infrastrukturen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Eigenverantwortliches und eigenständiges Handeln im Hinblick auf Services, Produkte und Projekte
- Leidenschaft für neue Technologien und ein gutes Gespür für das Business
- Fähigkeit des strategischen Denkens und der operativen Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
Scope of Work
- Verantwortung des globalen Client & Support Management
- Management der Microsoft Windows/Office Produkte und der Software-Verteilung
- Optimierung und Automatisierung der IT Service-Management Prozesse
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Produkte
- Steuerung der externen IT-Dienstleister und Service Provider
- Aufbereitung und Auswertung des SLA-Monitoring
